About Mango Kharwas ( Without Colostrum) Recipe

This mouth watering desert is very easy to make and loved by all. We do not need colostrum to make this desert.

Mango Kharwas ( Without Colostrum)

Ingredients to make Mango Kharwas ( Without Colostrum)

  • 1 cup Full cream Milk
  • 1 Cup Thick yogurt
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup mango Puree
  • pinch of cardamom powder
  • Few strands of saffron
  • 2 teaspoon cornflour

How to make Mango Kharwas ( Without Colostrum)

  1. Mix together milk, yogurt, mango puree, cornflour and condensed milk.
  2. Blend it well till becomes smooth texture.
  3. Pour it in a container which fits in pressure cooker.
  4. Add cardamom powder and saffron strands in it.
  5. Put the container in pressure cooker and get one whistle.
  6. Then simmer it for 10 minutes more.
  7. Now switch off the gas and after cooling down open it.
  8. When it cools down make pieces of kharwas.

My Tip:

Use full cream milk only to get proper consistency.
