ABOUT Raw Mango Salad RECIPE

A tasty salad with the hint of raw mango is ideal as a snack. This is popular in Bengali cuisine.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 raw mango ( not sour)
  2. 1/2 onion
  3. 1/4 capsicum
  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  5. 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  6. 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the raw mango, scape the skin and grate it.
  2. Cut onion and capsicum into fine pieces.
  3. Dry roast the flax seeds lightly on a low flame for one minute.
  4. Take a bowl, add the veggies, put salt, pepper powder and roasted flax seeds. Mix it.
  5. Top it with olive oil, mix and serve.
