Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 7 tbsp ground cashew
  3. 6 tbsp castor sugar
  4. 1/2 tesp baking powder
  5. 1 tbsp Milk Powder
  6. Pinch salt
  7. 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  8. 1 tesp vanilla essence
  9. 2 to 3 tbsp milk ,as required to knead the dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes
  2. In a bowl combine all the ingredients and knead to a soft dough
  3. Use milk as per requirement
  4. Place the dough between parchment paper ,roll cut to shapes
  5. Place on lined sheet or tray
  6. Bake at 170 ℃ for 15 to 18 minutes
  7. Remove cool on wire rack,store in an air tight container.
