Pav bhaji .bandiwala type

Ingredients to make Pav bhaji .bandiwala type

  • 1/2 cup Green capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green fresh peas
  • 1 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 green chilles
  • 1 Piece ginger
  • 2 to 3 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cummin powder
  • 1 tsp dhania powder
  • 1 tsp garam.masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  • butter 2 cubes or two tbsp
  • lemon 1 medium sized
  • onion for dressing
  • salt to taste

How to make Pav bhaji .bandiwala type

  1. Take pan add oil ,put capsicum,tomatoes ,green peas
  2. Add potatoes,add half the masalas.all powders one by one
  3. Keep frying ,add half butter
  4. Keep aside,in the same pan add butter ,add coarsely grind onion ,green chilli,ginger garlic
  5. Add all remaining masala
  6. then ,mash all with masher
  7. Add water adjust ,add coriander leaves and some line juice
  8. Take tawa,add butter,add little pav bhaji masala little salt coriander leaves ,and put the pav
  9. Fry the pav
  10. Serve with onion and lime
