Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Whole milk full cream milk 2 cups. / evaporated milk 1 full can. I used full cream milk.
  2. Condensed milk 1 full can / or as per taste.
  3. Bread slice 3 slit the edges.
  4. saffron few strands soak in warm milk and few for garnish. .
  5. cardamom powder a pinch / to taste, a pinch.
  6. Heavy cream / fresh cream 1/2 cup ( beat with the electric beater until fluffy. And keep it in fridge until milk reduce in half a size.)
  7. Pista and almond grind coarsely.


  1. Method: Can do in two ways.. either you can boil full cream milk along with condensed milk until it's form as rabdi. .
  2. Or u can do it by this way.. In a blender add evaporated milk condensed milk bread slices and grind it nicely creamy paste.
  3. After that the process is same.
  4. Once ur creamy mixture / rabdi ready.
  5. Add fresh cream mixture into the rabdi mix add saffron milk cardamom powder pistachios and almond powder into it.
  6. And mix it well. Check the taste here. Adjust according to it.
  7. You can pour the creamy kulfi mixture into kulfi mold or can keep in a tray/ bowl, how ever you want give a desire shape.
  8. Keep it in a freezer until 8 hrs . Overnight is better for good result.
  9. Garnish with fresh pistachio&almond and few saffron strands. Here your kulfi ready to b served chilled...
