Ingredients to make Kharvas

  • Cheek 1 litter
  • sugar 1 big bowl
  • water as required
  • Cardom n nutmeg powader 2 spoon

How to make Kharvas

  1. 1 BIG BOWL SUGAR
  2. ADD SOME WATER IN IT
  3. DESOLVE SUGAR
  4. MEANWHILE GREASE GHEE IN CONTAINER
  5. POUR 1 LITTER CHEEK IN CONTAINER
  6. NOW ADD 2 SPOON CARDOM N NUTMEG POWADER IN SUGAR SYRUP
  7. TAKE VESSEL AND POUR SOME WATER IN IT AND PUT STAND
  8. NOW PUT CONTAINER OF CHEEK IN VESSEL
  9. PUT THIS VESSEL ON STOVE AND SLOWLY ADD SUGAR SYRUP
  10. STIR OCCASIONALLY FOR 15 MINUTES
  11. AFTER 15 MINUTES COVER IT FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES
  12. LET COOL IT FOR ROOM TEMPERATURE AND AFTER 1 HOUR REFRIGERATE IT FOR 3 HOURS
  13. KHARVAS IS READY TO SERVE
