About Mango Tart Recipe

Mango tart.The name mango makes our mouth water.

Mango Tart

Ingredients to make Mango Tart

  • sugar 150 gms
  • butter 250 gms
  • Vanilla essence 3 drops
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • maida 500 gms

How to make Mango Tart

  1. Beat butter and sugar until it is soft and fluffy.
  2. Then add vanilla essence.
  3. Next add maida and mix until it represents like bread crumbs.
  4. Add milk to make soft dough.
  5. Refrigerate for 45 mins.
  6. Until then whip the heavy cream and add little mango pulp to it.
  7. Chop mangoes.
  8. Pre-heat oven.Mould the dough in tart plate Bake for 15 -17 mins @ 180°c .Unmould after 10 mins
  9. When it cools completely fill with whipped cream and garnish with mango slices.

My Tip:

Fill just before eating to avoid the tart base from getting soggy
