ABOUT Aam Panna RECIPE

Aam Panna prevents you from heat stroke and keeps the body cool. Raw mangoes are rich in vitamin c and iron. The aam Panna helps in preventing stomach problems in the summers.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 Unripe/raw mango
  2. 2 Teaspoon black salt
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 3/4 Cup sugar
  5. 2 Teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  6. 1 Teaspoon black pepper powder
  7. 1 Teaspoon dry mentha leaves(pudina leaves)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the raw mangoes in water. Boil the raw mango until they become completely soft and pulpy.
  2. Remove the peel and take out the mango pulp. Grind together pulp with water, black pepper, salt, and sugar.
  3. Now strain this mixture. Now add water and roasted cumin powder and dry mentha leaves.
  4. Serve Aam Panna chilled.
