Monsoon Magic. ...Bhutte ka kees is an authentic and popular dish from Indore. Bhutta means corn and kees means grated. It is considered a delicious street food in Indore.Corn is a glutten free cereal like rice and quinoa. Kees can be prepared in a jiffy and can be enjoyed in the rainy season.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ripe Fresh Dudhia Bhutta 2
  2. Desi ghee 1 tbsp
  3. Green chilli 2
  4. Jeera 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Curry leaves 4
  7. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  8. Salt 1/2 tsp
  9. Milk 1 cup
  10. Coconut grated 1 tbsp
  11. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  12. Sugar 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Grate bhuttas (corn)
  2. Heat ghee in a Kadhai.Add jeera,curry leaves,ginger,chilli,red chilli pdr.Add grated bhutta,salt and 1 cup water.cook it for 5 minutes
  3. Now add milk.Cook it on slow flame.It will leave the sides. Add lemon juice and sugar.
  4. Take out in a serving bowl.Sprinkle coconut and coriander leaves.
  5. Serve hot .
