Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. flour one cup
  3. dry mint powder 2 tablespoons
  4. Kasuri methi 1/2 teaspoon
  5. carom seeds 2 teaspoon
  6. red chilli flakes one &half teaspoon
  7. Butter 4 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. warm water as much needed to make a firm dough


  1. Take the flours, carrom seeds,mint pwdr,kasuri Methi,salt,red chillie flakes and butter
  2. Mix all the Ingridents.When you form a ball the Ingridents should hold togther
  3. using warm water make a tight Dough
  4. Let he dough rest for sometime
  5. rolled down and cut them into Diamond shape and spread them on the baking tray
  6. preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius and bake the pudiney paare for 15 mins .Bake in batches of 2
  7. the paare have baked beautifully golden in colour
  8. I love my paares with hot cuppa coffee.Enjoy
  9. You can even fry these, Make sure to fry on medium flame
