ABOUT Healthy Cryspy Cutlets RECIPE

Without frying monsoon is incomplete so enjoy this healthy fried recipe using porridge

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gram soaked gram
  2. 100 gram soaked porridge
  3. 2 chopped onions
  4. 2 chopped chilli
  5. 2 tbsp corriander leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp jeera powder
  9. 1 tsp chaat masala

Instructions

  1. Grind the soaked gram and porridge in the mixer
  2. Add all dry masala, chillies and corrander leaves in it
  3. Heat up the oil in the pan fry these Cutlets using scoop to shape it round
  4. Serve hot with the sauce or dip
