Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Whole wheat flour - 2 cup
  2. Olive oil 2tbsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp or according taste
  4. Chilli flakes - 11/2 tsp
  5. Mix spice 1 tsp
  6. Carom seeds - 1tsp
  7. Back paper crushed - 1tsp
  8. Oregano - 1 tsp
  9. Oil 1 tbsp for brushing
  10. Water for kneading

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl and put flour in that 2 now add all the spices salt and oil. Mix well. 3 Add water little at a time and make a dough. Knead for 5 mnts 4cover with a dump cloth and keep aside for 10 mnts 6 Dust the floor and take a round ball from dough and roll with rolling pin. Make a thin roti. Fork it. 7now with the help of pizza cutter cut the roti in your desired shape and arrange in a lined tray. Brushed them with oil. 8 now bake them at 180 use both rods and bake until crisp and golden in color. 9 keep out the tray and put on wire rack. Let them cool. Store in a airtight jar and serve with source or salsa.
