Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Any chocolate biscuit 15
  2. Honey 3 tbsp
  3. Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  4. mango pulp 1 cup
  5. Plain cream cheese 225 gm
  6. Fresh cream 200 gm
  7. Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp
  8. Agar agar powder 3 tsp
  9. Water 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Break the biscuits and grind into a fine powder.
  2. Ad honey and cinnamon powder, again grind to get evenly mixed.
  3. Place the powdered biscuits to pie pan, press to get even layers.
  4. Keep it refrigerated till 15 minutes to get set.
  5. Take agar agar powder and mix in water
  6. In a pan ad cream, sugar, vanilla essence and cream cheese .
  7. Whisk together to get smooth.
  8. Now heat a pan ad agar agar powdered water till warm.
  9. Now ad half of warm agar agar solution to cream cheese mixture,stir and mix well.
  10. Ad another half of warm agar agar powdered solution to 1 cup of mango puree. Stir and mix well
  11. Now takout pie pan from fridge, pour cream cheese mixture over set biscuits layer.
  12. Shake lightly to get even layer.
  13. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  14. 30 minutes later, remove from fridge, gently spread mango agar agar solution over it.
  15. If you find mango puree has been thick you can microwave for 2 minutes.
  16. Cover the pan and keep in fridge for 4 hours.
  17. Unmold and place it on a serving plate.
  18. Cut and serve chilled.
