ABOUT Mango Rasmalai RECIPE

Rasmalai is a famous dessert item in bengal. It is mainly made from milk, cottage cheese balls, sugar, cardamom powder. But here I have given some variation. Instead of cottage cheese balls I have used some rosgollas and also use mango puree, milk, sugar, cardamom powder, rose water, saffron. My family just love it. Its taste is very yammy. You must try it in your home.
