Healthy burger that you can take with tea as a snack!!!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For pan cake
  2. Oats 4 tbsp
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Egg 1
  5. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  6. Oil 2 tsp
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. For oats tikki
  9. oats 3/4 cup
  10. Small onion chopped 1
  11. Chopped capsicum 1 tbsp
  12. Chopped carrot 1 tbsp
  13. Chopped spinach leaves 2 tbsp
  14. chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  15. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  16. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  17. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  18. Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  19. Salt to taste
  20. Egg half beaten
  21. Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
  22. oil 2 tbsp
  23. FOR ASSEMBLING
  24. Onion roundels 1
  25. Tomato roundels 1
  26. Cabbage leaves
  27. green chutney

Instructions

  1. for oats pancake take oats in a grinder in make fine powder of it.
  2. add milk, egg,black pepper and salt.
  3. again grind to a pouring consistency better.
  4. Heat half teaspoon of oil in non stick Pan and pour 2 tablespoon of better.
  5. cook on low flame on both Sides till seems golden ,keep aside.
  6. For tikki heat 2 tablespoon of oil in same pan, saute chopped onion till transparent.
  7. Saute green chilli paste for few seconds.
  8. add chopped capsicum and carrot and cook for 1 minute, keep stirring.
  9. Ad chopped spinach leaves, cook on high flame for few seconds .
  10. add soaked oats, all spices, salt and cook for few seconds.
  11. add coriander leaves and mix well.
  12. and half beaten egg, bread crumbs and cook on high flame for few seconds. Keep stirring.
  13. switch off the flame let t the mixture cool completely.
  14. make round shaped tikkis out of mixture.
  15. Heat 1 tbsp oil in non stick pan and shallow fry tikki till both sides done.
  16. For assembling , take oats pan cake, apply green chutney on it.
  17. Put cabbage leaf, keep one oats tikki .
  18. Put some onion roundels, some tomato roundels.
  19. And cover with oats pancake(applied green chutney).
  20. Tied up with toothpick, serve immediately.
