Its very yummy rice using raw mango.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Raw mango..1
  2. Boiled rice..1 small bowl
  3. Salt to taste.
  4. Turmeric powder..1/2 sp
  5. Red chilli powder..1/2 sp.
  6. Chana dal..1/2 sp
  7. Split urad dal..1/2 sp
  8. Kari patta leaves..1 sprig
  9. Mustard seed..1/2 sp
  10. Green chillies..2
  11. Sugar..1/2 sp
  12. Oil..1 sp
  13. Ghee..1 sp
  14. Cashewnuts..8 to 10

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel raw mango.
  2. Grate it.
  3. Take a deep pan.
  4. Add oil.
  5. Add mustard seeds,let them crackle.
  6. Now add both chana and split urad Dal with slit green chillies and Kari patta.
  7. It's time to add boiled rice.
  8. Add all masala.
  9. Add sugar.
  10. Give it a nice mix.
  11. It's time to add grated raw mango..nearly 1 tbsp.
  12. Mix it.
  13. Now heat ghee in a wok.
  14. Fry cashews in ghee.
  15. Add fried cashews in the rice.
  16. Transfer in a serving bowl or plate.
