ABOUT Triple Cheese Frozen Treat RECIPE

This one is super easy no cook, no fuss recipe. Just whisk the ingredients together and freeze. A rich creamy frozen treat for beating the hot summer.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup Cream cheese
  2. 1 cup Hung curd/curd cheese
  3. 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
  4. 1 cup condensed milk
  5. 1 and 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together using a hand mixer or a balloon whisk.
  2. Pour into an ice cream tray. Close and seal with aluminium foil [this prevents the formation of ice crystals].
  3. Freeze for 3-4 hours and dig in.
