Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. oil 3tbsp
  2. chopped onion 3medium size
  3. ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  4. tomato puree 3 medium size tomato
  5. sliced potato 5 medium size potato
  6. sliced kamalkakdi 2big size
  7. salt accor to taste
  8. deggi mirch red chilli powder nd dhania powder 1/4tsp
  9. pisa anaardana nd amchoor powder 1/2tsp
  10. green corriander one tbsp


  1. first we take cooker nd put it on the gas nd on the gas flame
  2. add any oil when heat the oil add chopped onion nd deggi mirch powder
  3. then add ginger garlic paste nd tomato puree
  4. add all the spices nd take two whistle
  5. open the lid nd masala put it on the flame
  6. when oil seprate from the masala add sliced potato nd kamal kakdind1/2cup of water
  7. close the cooker nd take two whistle nd 10 minute for sim gas
  8. off the flame nd open the cooker nd garnish with green corriander
  9. dish is ready to serve
