This is a sweet bangali dish, very tasty

  1. 2 cups refined flour (maida )
  2. 2-3 cups sugar
  3. 1tbsp cardamom powder
  4. oil for deep fry
  5. 2 cups of milk
  6. 2TBSP GHEE

Instructions

  1. First in a pan take milk and let it be boiled then add a pinch of salt ,ghee and 1tbsp of sugar then slowly add refined flour with continuously stirring. Then make a smoth dough and leave it for 15min aside.
  2. Now, from the dough take small pieces of flour and make chapati then cut on round shape, We need 3 pieces of circles, then set one over the other and in the centre of the circle put a rolled of the chapati cut, which is a squre shaped cut then fold. Now cut in 3 sides and fold each petals one after the another. . Now make all the roses like this and deep fry very carefully And on the other side make suger syrup and put all the fried roses on the syrup and leave it for 15 -20 minutes. .
