Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cucumber 1 nos
  2. Pepper powder pinc
  3. Beat 1 nos
  4. Boiled potatoes grated 2nos
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Curd or malai 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Roasted jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon
  9. Green chutney 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Recipe: Take 4 big boiled potatoes Grate them well.. make two parts of it in two separate bowls In one bowl add half of grated potato mixture then add grated cucumber green chutney salt to taste a pinch of pepper powder n one spoon of curd or malai In Other bowl take another half of potato mixture add boiled n grated beat salt to taste lil tomato sauce pepper powder roasted jeera powder n curd or Malai Mix well Take a bread slice apply butter n green mixture again cover it wid another bread slice with butter apply red mixture n cover with another bread slice.. Cut in pieces n serve wid sauce or chutney or eat aise hi.... Enjoy..
