ABOUT MULLI TIKKI RECIPE

Punjabi dish can be severed as snacks starter, on tea time in rainy season

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 big raddish,
  2. 3 boiled potatoes peeled n mashed
  3. 2 green chilies chopped,
  4. Handful of coriander leave's chopped,
  5. 1/2 tsp amchur pd,
  6. Salt,
  7. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin,
  8. 1/2 bowl semolina,
  9. oil fr frying

Instructions

  1. Cut raddish into small piece's and boil them
  2. when soft remove on kitchen towel to dry,
  3. Mix all ingredients except oil n semolina in a mixing bowl
  4. Give desired shape
  5. Spread semolina on a flat plate
  6. Roll tikkis in semolina
  7. Fry tikki till golden brown color
  8. Remove on adsorbent paper
  9. Sever hot
