ABOUT Oats Croquettes in Mango Yogurt RECIPE

Oats are always a healthy option for any meal but sometimes Its simple taste makes us fed up of having it regularly. One of the variety of having oats as meal is making it with other veggies and shape like croquettes ans it is served with chilled mango yogurt. The result is super yummy Dish !!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats 2 bowls
  2. Potatoes - 2 boiled
  3. Onion- 1
  4. Capsicum - 1
  5. Carrot - 1
  6. Paneer - 50 gm
  7. Peas - 1/4 bowl
  8. Yogurt - 1 bowl
  9. Mango Preserve - 4 tbsp
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Red chilli powder
  12. Dry mango powder
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Tomato ketchup
  15. Olive oil - 4 tbsp
  16. Milk - 1 bowl

Instructions

  1. Take 1 bowl of oats and leave the other 1 for roll up.
  2. Mash the potatoes and chop all the veggies in it and mix well.
  3. Now add 1 bowl oats in it.
  4. Add salt, chilli powder and dry mango powder in it.
  5. Now take a heavy bottom non stick pan and grease it with 1 or 2 tbsp oil.
  6. Now make a flat tikki of the mixture and dip in the milk and then roll up in the oats.
  7. Similarly make all the croquettes.
  8. Now bake it on non stick pan from both sides till it turns golden brown.
  9. Now add the mango preserve in a yogurt and beat it well.
  10. In a plate, pour mango yogurt and then place croquettes on it and then dress it with oats, tomato ketchup, coriander leaves.
