Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Refined flour 1 cup
  2. Fine semolina 1/2 cup
  3. powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Refined Oil 1/2 Cup
  5. Hung curd 1cup
  6. Turmeric powder 1/6 tsp
  7. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  8. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  9. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  10. For topping -----hung curd 2 cup.
  11. Powder sugar 2 tsp
  12. Crushed chikki 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven on 180% Sieve the dry ingredients, semolina, refined flour, sugar. baking soda, turmeric and baking powder.
  2. Now mix curd, essence and oil together.
  3. Mix all ingredients , grease a baking dish or a steal bowl, pour the mixture and bake it for 25 minutes on 180%.
  4. Mix the topping ingredients, curd, sugar and chikki. Place the topping on the cake.
