  1. 1 cup red aval ( poha )
  2. A small cup chopped small onions
  3. Few green chillies, curry leaves
  4. A dry red chillie
  5. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. A pinch turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. HEAT A PAN WITH 2TBSP GINGELLY OIL. SEASON MUSTARD AND PEANUTS.
  2. ADD CHOPPED SMALL ONION, CURRY LEAVES, GREEN CHILLIES, RED CHILLIES.
  3. ONCE THE ONION PORTIONS ARE WELL SEASONED, CHECK SALT, ADD THE SOAKED RED AVAL. ADD A PINCH TURMERIC
  4. RED AVAL, MEDIUM THICKNESS NEEDS 5 MINUTES SOAKING TIME. RESULTING IN QUICK TRADITIONAL BREAKFAST.
