ABOUT Mango Coconut Pops RECIPE

These small little pops of mango puree combined with coconut and chocolate just give a blast of taste in mouth.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. ½ cup mango puree
  2. 1 cups desiccated coconut
  3. ½ cup condensed milk
  4. 50 grams dark chocolate chopped roughly
  5. Few pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottom pan dry roast the desiccated coconut till fragrant. Roast them lightly not too much.
  2. Then add the mango pure and stir well, let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the condensed milk and mix well, let it cook for 5-7 minutes until all of it comes together like dough and leaves the sides of the pan.
  4. Take it off the flame and let cool a bit
  5. Then form little laddoo like balls and place over a lightly greased plate and let them cool completely. And insert one toothpick in each of them
  6. Put the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt it in microwave in short spurts of 20 seconds, stirring in between
  7. Now dip the prepared pops in the chocolate either fully or half, whatever way you prefer
  8. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over it and enjoy the delicious mango coconut pops.
