Mousse is France dessert. And here we are cooking mango mousse.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Mango pulp 4 tea sooon
  2. Sugar 3 tea spoon
  3. Vanilla essence 2 drops(optional)
  4. Fresh cream 2 tea spoon
  5. Dry fruits for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Whisk fresh cream so that it become soft.
  2. Take pulp
  3. Add sugar and vanilla essence.
  4. Blend it.
  5. Mix it with fresh cream
  6. Keep in freeze for cooling and setting.
  7. Serve cool by garnishing with dry fruits.
