Ingredients to make Chettinad Crab masala

  • crab 1kg
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 4 green chillies
  • few curry leaves
  • paper 1 tablespoon
  • cumin half tablespoon
  • turmeric 1 teaspoon
  • salt
  • chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • ginger and garlic cloves
  • oil
  • coriander leaves

How to make Chettinad Crab masala

  1. CHOPPED ONIONS AND TOMATOES GREEN CHILLIES TURMERIC SALT PEPPER AND CUMIN GINGER AND GARLIC
  2. CLEANED CRAB 1 KG.. NOW CRUSH PEPPER AND CUMIN IN OUR TRADITIONAL METHOD
  3. PUT YOUR STRENGTH CRUSH IT NICELY .. IT GIVEZ AWESOME FLAVOUR
  4. STOP IT IN THIS STAGE
  5. LIKEWISE CRUSH GINGER GARLIC INTO PASTE
  6. STOP IT IN THIS STAGE
  7. HEAT WIDE KHADI AND ADD OIL
  8. NOW ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND GREEN CHILLIES
  9. SAUTE FOR A WHILE
  10. NOW ADD CRUSHED GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  11. MIX IT WELL
  12. NOW ADD FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOES AND CURRY LEAVES
  13. NOW ADD TURMERIC SALT
  14. NOW ADD CRUSHED PEPPERS
  15. ADD ONE TEASPOON CHILI POWDER AND MIX IT WELL
  16. WHEN OIL SEPARATES ADD CLEANED CRABS
  17. MIX IT WELL TILL THE MASALA COVERS THE CRAB
  18. NOW CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  19. NOW THE CRAB COOKS COMPLETELY
  20. LET IT SIT FOR ANOTHER 2 MINUTES IN HIGH FLAME
  21. CHETTINAD CRAB MASALA READY
