Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mango pieces 800 grams
  2. Sugar 200 grams
  3. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  4. Lemon zest 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Take a pot and add 800grams mango, 200 grams sugar and mix it very well until the sugar is dissolved. 2.Cook on medium heat for 10-15 mins. 3.Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1tsp lemon zest & mix well. 4. Transfer it to a blender and blend well. 5. Transfer again to a pot and heat for 10 mins until it is thick and heavy. 6. Stir continuously and remove from heat . 7. Store in a air tight container.
