Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 spoon hung curd
  2. 50gram grated cottage cheese
  3. 1fine chopped carrot
  4. 1 fine chopped capcicum
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. salt as per taste
  7. 1/4 tea spoon red chilly powder
  8. 1/2 tea spoon oregano
  9. 1/2tea spoon red chilly flakes
  10. Oil for frying
  11. 5bread slices

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add 2 spoon curd 50gram grated paneer ,1chopped onion ,1chopped carrot , 1chopped capcicum and all spices
  2. Mix it well
  3. Remove the edges of bread
  4. Flat the bread with roller pin
  5. Spread the curd mixture on the bread
  6. Apply some water and roll the bread.. Stick both side with little water
  7. Heat oil and fry all roll at medium flame till golden brown
  8. Serve hot with ketchup
  9. You can also make curd bread pockets with same procedure
  10. Eat yum curd roll
