Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brinjal 4
  2. 1 table spoon red chilli powder
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1 table spoon cornflour
  5. 2 table spoon rice flour
  6. 1 pinch hing
  7. 1 table spoon dry mango powder(amchur)
  8. 1 cup semolina
  9. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Cut the brinjal in little thick slices and put into water
  2. In a bowl add rice flour, cornflour, red chilli powder, salt and dry mango powder
  3. Add 1 table spoon oil,m8x it well add water make a thick paste
  4. Soak the sliced brinjal in this paste for atleast 20 minuts
  5. Heat the oil in a pan
  6. Put the brinjals from the paste and roast with rawa
  7. Then put it into the hot oil
  8. Fry untill become crispy
  9. Serve hot with sauce
  10. Enjoy this monsoon with this type brinjal fritters
