Please take 3-4 medium size half boiled potatoes, heat mustard oil in pan for frying then add potatoes in pan and deep fry them till the colour turns slight brown. After frying take potatoes from pan keep them separately and remove oil from the pan only one teaspoon should be left after that add one spoon full of cumin seeds till smell comes out, add pinch of asafoedia after that add half teaspoon coriander powder, half teaspoon red chilli powder, half teasppon bhunna jeera powder, half teaspoon dry mango powder and salt to taste. After adding all spices mix them nicely and then add fried potatoes to the mixture and keep the potatoes on high flame for 5 minutes. Last garnish crispy potatoes with green chillies n coriander leaves and then serve.
