Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potatoes 3
  2. Boiled eggs 4
  3. Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  4. Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  5. Roasted coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  8. Green chilly finely chopped 3
  9. Vermicelli 1/2 cup
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut boiled eggs into 4 part.
  2. Heat up a 1 tbsp oil in non stick Pan.
  3. Saute chopped green chilli and ginger garlic paste for few seconds.
  4. Ad all spices, salt and cook till 1 minute on high flame.
  5. Ad boiled and mashed potatoes and mix well.
  6. Cook for 1 minute, then switch off the flame and let it cool.
  7. When cooled, take some portion from the mixture and roll it.
  8. Stuff 1/4 part of boiled egg in, and again roll it.
  9. Make all cutlets like this, now roll in Vermicelli and fry in hot oil till crisp and done.
  10. Serve with ketchup.
