You can wake me up at anytime even in the night for eating this! This is like heaven!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups thick curd
  2. 2 medium size mangoes(preferably of a less fiber varity)
  3. 5 tablespoons caster/powdered sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  5. 1 tablespoon almond flakes
  6. 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk(optional)

Instructions

  1. Take a muslin cloth and spread it on the mouth of a big bowl. Pour curd in it. Gather the cloth from all four corners and squeeze out water.
  2. Discard the water and hang the cloth on the side of the bowl itself so that more water drips out it the bowl. Keep this in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  3. After 3 hours squeeze more water and remove the hung curd in a bowl. Whisk it until it turns light and creamy.
  4. Wash and peel mangoes and cut pieces of it. Grind them into a smooth paste.
  5. Add condensed milk, cardamom powder and sugar and whisk until everything gets mixed well.
  6. Chill for at least an hour or two. Serve chilled with some almond flakes garnished on top!
