Ingredients to make Red velvet cookie

  • 100 grams flour
  • 50 grams butter
  • 20 grams cream cheese
  • 45 grams icing sugat
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp cocoa(optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp cochineal color

How to make Red velvet cookie

  1. Cream butter, cream cheese and icing sugar.
  2. Add in essence, color, cocoa powder and the flour.
  3. Make a smooth dough and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Dust the table top and roll the dough and cut it with any shape of cookies cutter.
