Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 100 grams flour
  2. 50 grams butter
  3. 20 grams cream cheese
  4. 45 grams icing sugat
  5. 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  6. 1 tbsp cocoa(optional)
  7. A pinch of salt
  8. 1/2 tbsp cochineal color

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, cream cheese and icing sugar.
  2. Add in essence, color, cocoa powder and the flour.
  3. Make a smooth dough and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Dust the table top and roll the dough and cut it with any shape of cookies cutter.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 150 C.
