Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 ripe mangoes (pulp)
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 5 cup water
  4. 2 tsp citric acid


  1. Take a mixer and add mango pulp and churn it nicely.
  2. Heat water and sugar , after one boil when sugar dissolves completely add mango pulp by leaving 1/4 to be put in last, mix it properly after one boil add citric acid and mix properly , remove dust of sugar which come at top .
  3. After 3 min add remaining pulp and mix it properly then after one boil switch off gas and let it cool for 5 min, then pour this hot mixture again in clean mixer and churn it nicely for 2 min. Store this in the freezer for 2- 3 hours.
  4. Serve chilled with ice cubes. Enjoy homemade mango frooty crush....
