Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Tomato 3 large cut into cubes without seeds.
  2. Capsicum 2 whole thinly sliced
  3. Onions big 2 whole cut into cubes and seperated
  4. Olives
  5. Chicken (pan fry it as per your taste and spices)
  6. Garlic for tomato base
  7. Tomato seeds and 2 more for base paste
  8. Oil to drizzle on pizza
  9. Oregano
  10. Chilli flakes
  11. Salt
  12. Garlic powder
  13. Maida 2 mugs
  14. Yeast 2 teaspoon
  15. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  16. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  17. Cheese 6 cubes shredded

Instructions

  1. For tomato paste for base.. Grind tomato and seeds with 2 garlic pods and few chillies. Keep it aside.
  2. For the dough..... In a bowl take one mug water and heat it for 30 seconds.
  3. Add 2 teaspoon of yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Keep it aside untouched for 5 minutes until frothy. Take a big utensil for kneading the dough.
  4. Add 2 mugs of maida and 2 tablespoon of raha/suji to it with half teaspoon salt. Mix. Knead the dough with the yeast water. And then keep the dough in an oiled large bowl, as it will double in size and rise. It takes an hour or two.
  5. When it has doubled in size. Knead few times and cut the dough into two halves. Make in round balls. With a rolling pin roll the dough to a medium size pizza base.
  6. Add tomato paste and spread on it.Spread some onions, capsicum, olives and tomatoes. Add fried chicken and then the shredded cheese on it. Sprinkle some salt, oregano, flakes and garlic powder. Sprinkle some oil on top.
  7. Now pre heat the oven for 15 minutes before baking the pizza. 200℃. After that cook for 12 minutes.
  8. When it's ready cut into eight pieces. Serve hot.
  9. Continue the same steps as done for the first one.
