Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mango puree 1 bowl
  2. Digestive biscuits 8-10
  3. Butter 3 teaspoon
  4. Fresh cream 200 ml
  5. Gelatin 2 teaspoon


  1. Crush the digestive biscuits in the mixer grinder.
  2. Add melted butter in it and mix well.
  3. Grease the cake tin with butter.
  4. Put the biscuits mixture in greased tin.
  5. Press it hard with bowl so that biscuits mix is spread evenly in the tin.
  6. Keep the base in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  7. Take 1/2 cup of water and soaked geletin for 5 minutes.
  8. Now in mixi jar put mango puree and cream blend together till smooth.
  9. Now take soaked geletin and heat lightly.
  10. Pour the heated geletin in the mango mixture and mix well.
  11. Take out the tin from freeze and pour this mango mixture over the biscuits mixture.
  12. Then keep the tin again in the freezer for 4 hours
  13. Once cake is done garnish with chopped mango.
