Leftover of ghee making process 1.5 cup
Milk 1.5 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Cardomom powder 1/2 teaspoon
Milk powder 4-5 teaspoon
Almonds. 5

Instructions

Boil milk in a pan.
Add the leftover of ghee making and mix well.No lumps should be there.
Cook for 10 minutes at high gas.keep stirring continuously.Switch off gas.
Afterr 5 minutes,transfer this in a greased dish.
After 2 minutes,make cuts with knife and decorate with half sliced almonds on each piece.
Leave it at room temperature for 2-3 hours. It is ready!
