Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 Cups Mango Puree
  2. 2 tsp gelatin
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  5. 1 cup Cream
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix 1 tsp gelatin with 2 tbsp hot water.
  2. Add 2 cups mango puree and mix well.
  3. Place the serving glass in a bowl so that it gets tilted slightly. Pour in mango mixture till it reaches the rim. Refrigerate it for 2 hours or till it completely sets.
  4. Prepare cream layer by heating up milk. Add 1 tsp gelatin and whisk well. Cook the milk till it steams.
  5. Add sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Whisk well.
  6. Let the milk cool down for 10 minutes and then pour in the glass with mango mixture.
  7. Refrigerate again for 2 hours and garnish with chopped mangoes.
