When mango is blended with milk and nuts, it can be made into this delicious dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. White Bread slices 8
  2. Mango puree 2 cups
  3. Sweet Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar syrup 1/2 cup
  5. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  6. Elaichi powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Nuts 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread slices into triangles. Take out the brown outer area also. Make sugar syrup by adding 1/2 cup water in 1/2 cup sugar by boiling for 10 minutes. Add elaichi powder in it.
  2. Meanwhile make the puree of one big mango.Add condensed milk and churn it.
  3. Shallow fry bread slices on non stick tawa in 2 tablespoon of ghee.
  4. While serving dip them in sugar syrup and pour the mango milk puree over them.
  5. Garnish with nuts .Bread will absorb the sugar syrup and mango puree.
  6. Serve .
