Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For litti
  2. Atta 250g
  3. Water
  4. Chana Sattu 4 serving spoon
  5. Ghee or refined 1.5 serving spoon
  6. Salt
  7. Refined oil for frying
  8. Onion half
  9. Garlic 3 cloves
  10. Mustard oil 2 tbsp
  11. For chokha :
  12. Boiled potato 2
  13. Brinjal 2
  14. Salt
  15. Onion 1
  16. Galric 5 cloves
  17. Tomato 2
  18. Green chillies 3
  19. Mustard oil 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. For litti
  2. Mix atta, salt, refined oil
  3. Make a soft dough of it
  4. Then mix finely chopped onion and garlic and mustard , sattu , salt
  5. Stuff this sattu mixture in small balls of dough
  6. Then deep fry these balls
  7. Then drizzle some deshi ghee on it
  8. Chokha:
  9. Boil the brinjal
  10. Peel the boiled brinjal and potato
  11. Mix them well
  12. Warm the mustard oil and add chopped tomatoes and then put it in that potato mixture
  13. Add finely chopped garlic, onion green chilli and salt
  14. Mix them thoroughly
  15. Done
