Try this easy mango coconut rolled icecream.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cups heavy cream
  2. 1 cup condensed milk
  3. 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  4. 2 mangos, peeled and cubed, 
  5. 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  6. Tutti frutti, cashews , for topping

Instructions

  1. Add the heavy cream, condensed milk, half of the mango chunks, coconut extract and half of the coconut to a blender and blend until combined.
  2. Pour the mixture on a rectangular rimmed tray, and sprinkle the remaining coconut flakes and mango on it and freeze for about 1 hour or until freeze.
  3. Cut the frozen ice cream into strips, and use a spatula to gently roll the ice cream into short tubes. Place each tube into a bowl and top with coconut, tutti frutti and cashews.
