ABOUT Bread pakoda RECIPE

During monsoon everybody wants to eat oily food.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl gramflour
  2. 4 -5 bread slices
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1/4 spoon turmeric
  5. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  7. 1 pinch baking soda
  8. 1/4 spoon ajwine
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a big bowl axcept oil.
  2. Now add little water slowly and make batter without any lumps.
  3. Cut the bread in triangular shape.
  4. Heat oil in a wok.
  5. Dip the bread into batter and fry on medium flame till golden brown colour and crispy.
  6. Take out on tissue paper for observed extra oil.
  7. Serve hot with sause or chutney as you wish.
