Add ginger garlic paste , salt , chilli powder, garam Masala powder, coriander powder, onion , salt , turmeric powder to the minced meat and marinate it for an hour.
Boil the eggs and keep aside.
Take the boiled Egg and take the meat mixture and cover the eggs with it.
Now dip the eggs in egg white and then in chickpea flour.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry them until golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup.
