ABOUT Onion schezwan pakodas RECIPE

In rainy season pakodas are most favourite snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup onion julienne
  2. 1 cup cabbage julienne
  3. 1 spoon grated ginger -garlic
  4. 1 spoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  5. 2-3 green chilli chopped
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 spoon schezwan chutney
  8. 1/2 cup gramflour
  9. 1/2 cup cournflour
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Add 1/2 cup Water and mix to make a batter.
  3. Heat oil in a wok.
  4. Scoop out the mixture in small quantities and drop in oil and deep fry on midium flame till golden brown colour and crisp.
  5. Serve hot with sause or schezwan chutney.
