Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 1/2 Cups All purpose flour
  2. 2 1/4 tsp instant dry yeast
  3. 2 tsp oregano spice mix
  4. 10 garlic pearls finely chopped
  5. Chopped Coriander
  6. 1 tbsp sugar
  7. 1 tsp Salt
  8. 2 tbsp olive oil
  9. 1 cup warm water / more if needed
  10. 1/4 cup Milk
  11. 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  12. Butter as needed


  1. Dissolve sugar in warm water, add yeast and let it rest to proof.
  2. Add milk and olive oil to the proofed yeast mix.
  3. Add half the garlic and little spice mix, salt and all purpose flour, knead it for 10 minutes to a soft dough (add little water if needed).
  4. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl coated with oil and cling wrap and keep it in a warm place till it doubles.
  5. Punch the dough and roll it into a rectangular shape.
  6. Brush it with butter and spread the pizza sauce, sprinkle the remaining garlic and spices.
  7. Cut it into long strips and place them one over the other.
  8. Cut it into 5-6 equal pieces and transfer to the greased baking tin.
  9. Cover it with kitchen towel and let it double.
  10. Drizzle some butter on top and bake it in preheated oven at 180 C for 35-40 minutes.
