ABOUT Mushrooms Buzule RECIPE

A typical street food of Ladakh, these snacks are packed with red chilli!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mushrooms 10
  2. Rice flour 1 tbsp
  3. cornflour 1 tbsp
  4. Green chilli 1 chopped
  5. Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  9. Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  10. Curry leaves 8
  11. Salt 1/2 tsp
  12. Lime juice 1 tbsp
  13. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut mushrooms lengthwise. Keep aside to dry them.
  2. In a bowl mix rice flour and cornflour together.Add all the spices and ginger, garlic . Crush curry leaves and add.
  3. Make a very thick batter with 1/2 cup of water and rice n cornflour.Add lime juice.
  4. Coat the mushrooms with the batter and fry mushrooms on high heat.
  5. Serve these crispy buzule hot to your dear ones and have too.
