Melt in mouth mango sheera.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rava/Semolina 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Fresh Mango pulp 1 cup
  4. Ghee 1/2 cup
  5. Cardamom powder 1/2 tspn
  6. Warm Water 1 cup
  7. Warm milk 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Clean mango and take out it's pulp.
  2. Take rava in kadhai, add 1/8 th cup of ghee and roast rava on small to medium flame till it becomes golden brown in color.
  3. Heat water and milk till it becomes warm.
  4. After rava gets golden brown color, slowly and carefully add water milk mixture. Mix it properly.
  5. When all water gets mixed with rava add sugar and mango pulp.
  6. Mix everything nicely, put lid on it and simmer for 2-3 mins.
  7. Remove lid, add remaining ghee and cardamom powder.
  8. Mix everything nicely and cook till it becomes dry and mixture start leaving pan. Switch off the gas and keep lid for 1-2 mins.
  9. Add sliced dry fruits as per your choice and serve yummy mouth melting sheera.
