Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ripe Mango 1
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  4. Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
  5. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel, chop and puree mango. Keep it aside
  2. Add wheat flour in a big bowl. Now add black pepper, ginger powder, mango puree and knead carefully into stiff dough
  3. Rest dough for 20 minutes. Divide dough into equal portions
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai. Roll balls into puris with little ghee.
  5. Deep fry over high heat until crisp and golden
  6. Serve hot with pickle and sabzi.
