Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled corn
  2. 1 boiled potato , cubed
  3. 1 tomato chopped
  4. 1 teaspoon grated ginger -garlic
  5. 2 green chili chopped
  6. 6-7 curry leaves
  7. 1 onion finely chopped
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  10. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  11. 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  13. 2 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
  14. 2 teaspoon oil
  15. 2 tbsp Sev or phaphada for garnishing (optional )

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add cumin, green chili, ginger -garlic and curry leaves. Saute for 2 minutes
  2. Add onion and saute until translucent.
  3. Add tomatoes and saute until mushy
  4. Add potatoes and corn mix well.
  5. Now add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and mix well. Saute for 1 minute
  6. Add 1/2 cup Water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 6 minutes.
  7. Finally add chat masala and coriander leaves mix well.
  8. Garnish with sev or namkeen. Serve immediately
